Important Information About Our Service

• Service Provided: We only assist with Germany Visitor. We do not handle Student Visa.

Please submit the documents in the exact order given below please do not staple any documents.

• Valid passports ( issued within the last 10 yrs with at least 6 month validity  and  with at least 2 blank page).
• Passport size photo (70% clear face with white background )
• Visa application form completed and signed by the applicant.
• Request letter or introduction letter need to be on a company letterhead form the employee /company.
• Travel insurance (minimum coverage of 30,000 euro per person).
• Air tickets
• Hotel voucher
• Personal 3 yrs ITR copies
• Aadhaar card
• PAN Card
• House electricity bill  or any house tax paper
• Personal 6 months bank statement with bank stamped.
• Any other saving papers (Like LIC,FD, mutual fund)

If your self-employed :-

• Company 2 letterhead
• Company 3 yrs ITR papers
• Company 3 month bank statement
• Company PAN Card
• company GST
• Company memorandum paper

If your working:-

• 3 months salary slips
• Company ID card
• Company NOC letter  or leave letter

For children (below 18 yrs):-

• Parents passport copies (front &back page )
• Aadhaar card
• School ID
• Birth certificate
• Visa fee approx. 90 euro per person.

Other Terms & Conditions:

• The Visa Fee must be paid by you directly on the official Germany Visa Scheduling website.
• To book your appointment slot, you will need to provide your Username, Password, and Security Question answers for your https://thevisaexperts.in/ account.
• No Guaranteed Dates: While we aim to secure the earliest possible appointment, we cannot guarantee any specific date as it depends entirely on US Embassy availability. Appointments may be scheduled for next week or next month, but not later.
• No Negotiations: We work diligently to secure the earliest available dates among a large pool of applicants. Our services involve significant effort and resources, and the cost reflects the value of our work
